The cafeteria was filled with holiday items and special guests.     Many children enjoyed stories.
Making Gingerbread Houses

The children enjoyed decorating their own gingerbread house.   Many were busy at work constructing their home.

The children were also treated to some treats as they decorated.  Everyone had a great time.

Hat and Mitten Donations
The boys and girls donated hats, mittens, and toys.
Kindergarten Gingerbread Houses
Making gingerbread houses is always a favorite activity for the Kindergarten classes.  Like any village, the Gingerbread Village has model homes, as well as, fixer-uppers.
First Grade Toy Donation Project

This project was started last year by Mrs. Sweat's class. This year all of the first grade classes participated.  Children and their parents were given the opportunity to buy gifts for specific children in Peabody who might otherwise not get any presents.

Three stations were set up. One for wrapping, one for making cards, and one for enjoying a well deserved snack.   Everyone enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies Mrs. Sweat made for the occasion.
